Not located in the nicest area but still a good location given its proximity to Sugarhouse. Everyone here has been super friendly so far, and the maintenance people respond to requests in a timely fashion.

submitted by Glenn C. - |Recommended: YesGreat Move — We recently to South Salt Lake from Atlanta, Georgia and the folks at Moda S-Line were great to work with. Wrapping things up in Atlanta meant that we were not able to come out to Salt Lake to see the place. Brooke, at Moda S-Line, was able to give us a FaceTime tour of the apartment and courtyard and that really helped solidify our decision. Brooke was very helpful in every aspect of the move in. Having that support really made the move a piece of cake. The apartment has Dwelo, a smart technology, that allows us to control the heating and air, lights and locks from an app. We have been very pleased and would highly recommend Moda S-Line to anyone looking for an apartment in a great part of town.

submitted by Tom M. - |Recommended: YesOur 1st home in SLC — Moved here from TX site unseen, but are very happy with our choice. Great place at a reasonable price. L.ots of stairs though rough on us low-landers at first. All new buildings. Garages are huge for a townhouse. Smartphone electronic locks and garage door openers. Located 100ft from S-Line Trax and adjacent multi-user path. Great for my bike commute to work each day. Can bike to the shops of SugarHouse in 10minutes. Pet friendly and great neighbors.
